Our
commitment

At Dental Aesthetics, our reputation is built on trust, precision, and consistency. We’re committed to providing every client with an exceptional experience — from the moment a case is received to the final restoration.

Communication

Clear, proactive communication is central to our philosophy. Our team keeps you informed at every stage, ensuring alignment between clinical goals and laboratory outcomes. We’re readily available for discussion, feedback, or collaboration — because great results are built on great partnerships.

Turnaround Times

We understand that reliability and efficiency are critical in modern dentistry. Our standard turnaround time is between 7 and 10 business days, with digital workflows enabling us to accommodate urgent cases when required. Every restoration is delivered on schedule, without compromising on quality.

Quality & Assurance

Every case we craft reflects our commitment to precision, longevity, and aesthetic excellence. Using premium materials and the latest digital technologies, we maintain rigorous quality control at every step to ensure consistently exceptional results.

Advanced technology

We use advanced digital technology to deliver highly precise dental restorations. Our team works closely with dentists to review and approve every design, ensuring the best possible outcome for patients.

Warranty

We stand confidently behind our craftsmanship. Restorations are covered by a five-year material warranty, except for PMMA restorations which are covered by a one-year material warranty. This warranty applies to material or manufacturing defects only and is subject to laboratory assessment. All warranty claims must be notified to the laboratory and returned for assessment prior to any replacement or credit being issued. Outcomes will be determined following inspection at the laboratory’s discretion.
